Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://ai-to-hosting-course.com and your purchase of the digital course guide offered by Kerrie Mariah (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

The product

We sell a one-time digital guide related to the free YouTube course From an AI-Created Idea to a Live Website. The paid product typically includes:

• Access to the live web version of the course guide
• Interactive quizzes and an answer key
• A downloadable PDF version of the guide
• Future updates to the guide while the product is offered

Course videos on YouTube remain free and are not sold as part of this purchase. Third-party tools mentioned in the course (for example AI chatbots, Cursor, GitHub, or Vercel) are separate products with their own terms and pricing.

Price and payment

The current price is $4.99 USD (or the amount shown at checkout). Payment is processed by Stripe. You agree to provide accurate checkout information, including a working email address so we can deliver access links.

Access

After a successful payment, we grant access via a magic link emailed to you and/or a secure session cookie on the browser you use to complete purchase. There is no traditional username/password account.

If you lose access, use Restore access with the same email used at checkout. Access is personal to the purchaser and may not be shared, resold, or publicly redistributed.

License

When you purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the guide for your own learning. You may not:

• Share, sell, or redistribute the guide or PDF to others
• Publish the full guide content publicly
• Bypass or interfere with access controls
• Use automated scraping to copy the course materials

Refunds

Because this is a low-cost digital product delivered immediately, purchases are generally final. If something went wrong with delivery or you believe a refund is warranted, email kerriemariah@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we will review the request.

If a refund is issued, your access to the guide and PDF will be revoked.

Updates and availability

We may update the guide content over time. We do not guarantee that every third-party tool, UI, or pricing mentioned in the materials will stay unchanged forever. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the site or product with reasonable notice when practical.

No professional advice

The course and guide are educational materials for beginners. They are not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for how you use the information and any tools you choose to adopt.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by:

• Attempting unauthorized access to other users’ sessions or data
• Abusing restore-access or email features
• Interfering with the site’s security or normal operation
• Using the site for unlawful purposes

Disclaimers

The site and guide are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kerrie Mariah’s total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the product will not exceed the amount you paid for the guide. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
